How to Check Your Parcel Upon Delivery
We encourage every customer to inspect her saree in front of the delivery rider before completing payment:
- • Verify the outer security seal and check your Order ID on the invoice.
- • Open the package carefully in front of the delivery rider to confirm the saree color, weave, and blouse piece match your order.
- • Please do not unfold the entire 12-haat drape outdoors or try it on while the rider waits.
- • If there is any discrepancy or transit damage, call our helpline (+880 17XX-XXXXXX) immediately while the rider is present and hand the parcel back at zero cost.
